At Official ZA Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
